High in the volcanic hills of Santorini, Nicoletta Houses unveils a collection of properties imbued with the essence of Greece. This Santorini-based family business offers several rental homes scattered across the island. Designed for stays where you can take the time to discover the island at your own pace, these residences combine the charm of traditional dwellings with the pleasures of a getaway focused on the Aegean Sea.
My mandate : professional photography production + influencer marketing on Instagram and copywriting with a mention in a blog post.

The photography project aimed to enhance Nicoletta Houses' visual image on its social media and rental platforms, bringing greater consistency and character to its digital presence. For this property, the photographic production combined interior and architectural images, a lifestyle approach designed to immerse visitors in the experience, and aerial drone footage. The project also included a corporate component, defined in advance with the client. The entire project was conceived to create a versatile image library capable of serving both the brand's promotional objectives and showcasing the property to prospective travelers.

RESULTS
The goal of this partnership was to strengthen Nicoletta Houses' presence among a targeted audience of travelers and photography enthusiasts seeking unique experiences in Santorini. The campaign was structured around two complementary approaches. On Instagram, two posts in partnership with Nicoletta Houses showcased the accommodation. Simultaneously, a section entirely dedicated to the property was integrated into a blog article about Santorini, accompanied by original photographs and a clickable link to the Nicoletta Houses website.
This approach made it possible to multiply the points of contact with the audience: Instagram content helped to increase the visibility and awareness of the establishment, while integration with the blog offered a more lasting presence and facilitated the transition from inspiration to planning a stay.
